The Gratis well and truly taking shape!

Despite the current COVID-19 restriction of no more than 20 workers on site, at this stage we're only slightly behind our schedule.
  • We have completed the structure (topping out) and the concrete roof showcases the detailed concrete angled soffit.
  • Most of the residences have been framed up for plastering & tiling.
  • Residence G5 is intended to open to the public in May 2020, by private or video appointment only.
  • Pending future government announcements for construction sites and operations at this time we are expecting practical completion of the project late 2020/early 2021.
We've stepped up preventative hygiene measures both at our office and onsite with 918 Built as Hive's construction arm for The Gratis, implementing new procedures adhering to the guidelines and measures introduced by the industry associations due to COVID-19 to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our team.
