Following the announcement of stage 4 restrictions, our residence display will be closed until September 13th whilst our reduced construction team will continue to operate onsite.
Hive Properties would like to extend our thanks for your ongoing interest at The Gratis in Deepdene and are pleased to reveal more of our bespoke features throughout as we continue to progress onsite.

The Stage 4 Melbourne metro lockdown rules now apply and no longer permit physical inspections of any type for any property over the next six (6) weeks as of 11:59pm Wed 5th August 2020. We will assist with any enquiries during this time with updated progress photos and virtual images on request.
